The service and its operator

These terms apply to the central LSSM ID service at id.lssm.co, operated by CHAMAN VENTURES, SASU, RCS Paris · SIREN 989 498 902, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. Contact legal@lssm.co about these terms and support@lssm.co for account assistance.

Using LSSM ID is subject to these terms and its Privacy Notice. Separate product subscriptions, purchases and organization agreements are governed by their applicable terms. Creating an LSSM ID does not itself purchase a product or grant product membership.

Your account and authority

Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so and have the capacity and authority required for your actions. Provide accurate account information and complete the requested identity-verification steps. When acting for an organization, you must have its authority.

Keep passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, sessions, API keys and agent credentials secure. Approve only requests you recognize. Report suspected misuse promptly to security@lssm.co. Do not impersonate another person, share credentials to evade access rules, or claim an affiliation or role you do not have.

Permissions stay specific

A central account does not grant access to every LSSM product or to an organization's information. Invitations, membership, roles and local product policies determine that access. Signing in through another platform does not by itself create a platform-data connection in LSSM ID; its separately approved scopes and resources determine any such connection.

A platform connection is limited to its separately approved scopes and resources. API keys and agent grants are distinct credentials, with their own scopes and expiry. You are responsible for the permissions you grant to applications and agents and for reviewing the requested actions. A read permission does not authorize a payment, publication or deployment.

You can remove available permissions and credentials through the service controls. Some provider authorizations also require revocation in that provider's settings. Revocation does not undo an action already completed or erase records that must lawfully be retained.

Acceptable use

Use LSSM ID and connected services lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights. Do not seek unauthorized access, bypass security or approval controls, interfere with the service, distribute harmful code, misuse invitations, or evade rate limits or a suspension.

Only connect accounts and resources you are authorized to use. Organization and application operators must manage their users, callbacks, permissions and credentials responsibly. These terms do not grant rights to third-party data or override a provider's conditions.

Your information and content

You keep your rights in information and content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to operate the account and features you request, within the permissions you grant and the uses described in the Privacy Notice. LSSM ID is not a transfer of ownership of your content.

Our names, software and service materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Open-source components keep their own licenses. A separate agreement can govern additional commercial rights and responsibilities.

Availability and third-party services

Features depend on their actual configuration, provider approval and service availability. A listed provider or product does not guarantee that every account, permission or feature is available to you. Review a feature's consent and availability information before relying on it.

We may maintain or change the service to address security, reliability, legal or provider requirements. Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and can change or withdraw their services. Any specific support or availability commitment is set out in the applicable separate agreement.

Suspension and account closure

You can stop using LSSM ID and use the available account-closure controls or contact support@lssm.co. An organization owner may need to transfer ownership before closing an account where other members remain.

We may restrict credentials or access where necessary to address abuse, a security incident, unlawful use or a breach of applicable terms. Closure invalidates central credentials; information and records are handled as explained in the Privacy Notice. Obligations attached to a separate product or organization do not automatically end when a central account closes.

Applicable rights and updates

These terms are governed by French law, without removing rights or protections that mandatory law gives you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate agreement may set additional applicable conditions.

We publish the current terms and their update date here. Material changes are communicated through an appropriate service or account notice. Contact legal@lssm.co with questions about these terms.
