Send a deletion request
- Email legal@lssm.co with the subject “LSSM ID data deletion”. When possible, send it from the email address associated with your LSSM ID.
- Identify the LSSM ID account and the connected platform or application concerned. If you used Facebook sign-in or a Facebook reporting connection, say so. Include only the information needed to locate the account and understand your request.
- If you cannot access the account email address, explain that in your request. Contact support@lssm.co for account-access help. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, API keys or platform access tokens.
Verification and handling
CHAMAN VENTURES operates LSSM ID and handles the privacy requests described in its Privacy Notice. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. A message from an unrelated person does not authorize deletion of your account.
The applicable privacy rights and exceptions depend on your circumstances. The privacy contact can explain the records and retention criteria relevant to your request. This page does not promise automatic or immediate erasure.
Disconnecting Facebook or another platform
Use the available account controls to disconnect a platform. Local disconnection stops use of that connection. Some providers also require you to remove the authorization in their own account or workspace settings.
You can request deletion of LSSM ID information obtained through Facebook or another connected platform by using the email process above. Removing a provider authorization and asking LSSM ID to delete its records are separate actions. This does not delete the original content held by Facebook or the other platform.
What account closure changes
As described in the Privacy Notice, completed account closure invalidates access credentials and removes or replaces profile information. A successful local disconnection removes the stored platform credential from the connection vault.
Limited audit, administration or recovery records may remain for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice. Backups and records lawfully held by separate products or organizations follow their own lifecycle. Closing a central identity does not automatically erase every separate product copy.
