Provider-free SupportOS durable worker runtime. It owns the fenced worker loop, typed handlers, deterministic retry dispositions, SLO qualification and event publication, AI evaluation and outcome publication, CSAT outbox routing, signed-webhook delivery, and cryptographic rotation-drill orchestration.

Deployable apps retain compatibility re-exports, while managed integrations compose this lower-layer runtime directly. Provider clients, PostgreSQL stores, credentials, workload identity, and deployment configuration do not belong in this package.
