Deterministic FinanceOS projections over @lssm-tech/lib.finance-ops-spec and
@lssm-tech/lib.economic-evidence.
The runtime validates exact money, entity and tenant isolation, balanced postings, segregation of duties, idempotency, corrections, budget freshness, and multi-company consolidation. Consequential operations only produce digest-bound handoff packets. Hosts must obtain ContractSpec Connect approval and provide adapters; this package never executes banking, tax, payroll, provider, or ledger effects.
Consolidation is explicitly holding-bound and homogeneous in both currency and scale. Full consolidation uses validated decimal/minor exact-money totals; elimination requires scoped accounts plus posted, Connect-authorized reciprocal entries whose evidence exists in FinanceOS truth. Mixed units require governed FX evidence and therefore fail closed in this runtime by default.
