Provider-neutral projections of the governed self-improvement registry: REST/OpenAPI, TypeScript SDK, MCP tools and resources, signed webhooks, replayable SSE/WebSocket sessions, and CLI parsing.

The host supplies authentication and one headless operation handler. Every surface injects authoritative ecosystem, tenant, workspace, jurisdiction, and purpose scope; optionally restricts program identifiers; checks the operation grant; and requires idempotency, revision, contract, trace, and evidence bindings for mutations. Transports expose decisions and receipts but never make domain or authorization decisions.

createSelfImprovementServiceHandlerV1 adapts the generated transport request to one scoped headless service resolved for the authenticated context. It preserves safe not-found, scope, revision, validation, cancellation, and unsupported-operation errors as stable HTTP/MCP statuses while unexpected failures remain internal errors.

createStreamingSelfImprovementHandlerV1 decorates that handler after domain execution. Successful lifecycle mutations publish only their declared event keys with program, receipt, candidate, and evidence references; failures and read operations publish nothing. The scoped broker keeps bounded in-process history so reconnecting SSE/WebSocket clients can resume after a cursor.
