Run the broad non-app compiler check\nfrom the repository root:\n\n```sh\nbun run typecheck:typescript:not-apps\n```\n\nThis command scans `packages/libs`, `packages/modules`, and `packages/bundles`,\nuses each package's existing typecheck project (`tsconfig.build.json` when the\npackage script selects it), and intentionally skips `packages/apps`. Use\n`bun run typecheck:typescript:not-apps:sample` for a fast representative smoke\ncheck.\n\n`contractspec-bun-build types` emits declarations with the stable TypeScript 7\n`tsc` binary.\n\nTypeScript 7.0's programmatic API is explicitly unstable.
