@lssm-tech/module.personal-goals

Pure, deterministic PersonalOS mission and goals runtime. It establishes a self-declared mission and principles, attaches goals to explicit outcomes and metric definitions, and records only observed metric values.

Self-reported observations have an immutable evidence-linked lifecycle. A correction preserves the prior value, confidence, provenance, actor, and reason; removal clears the current value while retaining the same bounded history.

Safety boundary

  • Every command uses the PersonalOS subject, expected revision, idempotency key, a domain-separated canonical payload digest, and minimized evidence references.
  • A host-supplied PersonalDecisionReceiptV1 must allow the exact command in human_required mode and bind its name, revision, idempotency key, submission time, policy, and payload digest. The reducer never grants authority.
  • Replays are deterministic; an idempotency-key collision with another digest is rejected.
  • Unknown metrics and mission changes that would orphan goals fail closed.
  • Observation corrections and removals require an exact current target, subject, revision, payload digest, receipt, reason, and evidence. Subject version drift and observation-to-metric reassignment fail before reduction.
  • The view model renders null and not_observed when no measurement exists. It never substitutes a baseline, target, or model estimate for an observation.

All functions are side-effect free and provider-neutral. Persistence, online authorization, receipt creation, and event-envelope storage belong to the host.
