# Creator Operations module

`registerCreatorOperations` binds eleven provider-neutral operations for creator
campaigns, immutable agreements, submissions, cumulative accrual, canonical wallets
and settlement. Contracts live in `lib.contracts-spec/creator-operations`; domain
behavior lives in `lib.creator-operations-runtime`.

Inject a trusted current authority, transactional store and settlement provider.
The authenticated handler context supplies actor/tenant/workspace independently of
input. Economic operations require scoped approval receipts before handler entry.
No permitting authority or live payout rail is configured by default.

Existing Hirly operation identities are preserved; these additive identities enable
an explicit adapter migration and do not claim parity with all 213 existing operations.


The optional `training` registrar exposes training open/update commands through the
canonical registry. Open may initialize state, so it declares read/write effects.
Authenticated scope is checked before service course/quiz authorization and persistence.
