**AI support bot framework with RAG and ticket management.**

The primary v1 surface is `SupportOsCopilot`: it consumes SupportOS case projections and reference-only CommunicationOS content, requires the `support.ai-l1` feature at execution time, enforces input allowlists, redaction, consent/residency modes, and hard economic budgets, and returns draft/evidence/typed operation references. The older raw `SupportTicket`, `AutoResponder`, `TicketResolver`, and generic action APIs remain deprecated compatibility adapters.
