Provider-neutral runtime for living SOPs. It deterministically builds proposals from qualified templates and evidence, freezes AI proposals with provenance, detects evidence drift, evaluates bounded health triggers, and compiles procedures into WorkflowSpec without executing effects.
Publishing and high-impact execution remain governed by Connect and the workflow authority selected by the host.
Both deterministic and AI-assisted generation require an injected support.sops feature gate. AI generation additionally requires consent, redaction/residency controls, and durable budget metering.
./generation-sources builds replayable, content-addressed source snapshots from canonical capability, integration, operation, policy, health, Knowledge, incident, and case contributions. It copies only declared fields, uses stable code-unit ordering, enforces source-kind freshness and validity ceilings, and requires namespaced opaque evidence references. Live projection revalidates expiry against the current clock; replay projection validates historical integrity against the frozen creation time. The projector derives generation capabilities, policies, selected Knowledge/incident/case evidence, and the source watermark without consulting product delivery matrices or executing effects.
