# Founder Intelligence Runtime

Pure deterministic projections over `@lssm-tech/lib.founder-intelligence-spec`.
The runtime evaluates scope authority and share grants, derives evidence quality
and domain assessments, ranks advisory recommendations, and validates the weekly
clarity-loop event. Concrete storage and provider adapters belong outside this
package.

The runtime never grants authority from a reference and never reveals private
source values in a shared projection.

## G1 founder canary pipeline

`runFounderCanary` resumes held or interrupted messages, admits a bounded batch, commits a checkpoint per stage (evidence → context → Work → brief) and advances the source cursor only after admission commits. `groundFounderBrief` keeps only claims citing retained evidence and discloses empty, unreadable, protected, unsupported or partial originals and stale sources. Ports (mailbox, custody, extraction, context, Work, composer, store, authority) are host-bound; `InMemoryFounderCanaryStore` is for fixtures only.

Item classification is a manual founder review until a classifier is qualified (owner policy, 2026-10-15). When an `evidenceLedger` port is bound, readable originals are recorded after the context is known so source withdrawal reaches canary evidence.
