LSSM OS Neon provider

Native ProviderLifecyclePortV1 adapter for governed Neon branch lifecycle operations. Commands contain only opaque project, branch, parent-branch, role-profile, and region references. Credentials and connection strings stay behind the injected driver and never enter work orders, receipts, logs, or errors.

Every mutation is durably reserved and marked attempted before provider I/O. Timeouts and unknown responses remain indeterminate under the same idempotency key. Receipts are returned only after durable exact readback and verification.

This package is an offline adapter and conformance surface. It is not a live Neon qualification claim until exact-version provider evidence is recorded.

bun run pack:verify builds and stages the complete local production closure, packs the unchanged public manifest surface, and imports both public subpaths from clean Node and Bun consumers without workspace protocols or private test artifacts.

Declared capabilities.

Governed Neon branch lifecycle provider

Execute Neon project and branch lifecycle operations through Runtime Node with opaque references, durable idempotency, reconciliation, and exact receipt readback.

Use it to

  • Create or manage Neon branches without placing credentials or connection strings in work orders
  • Contain and reconcile unknown Neon mutation outcomes before retry

Requires

  • Neon driver
  • durable provider state
  • LSSM OS Runtime Node

Choose another boundary when

  • Neon credentials or connection strings must cross the provider driver boundary.
  • The deployment cannot persist an effect-attempt marker and exact receipt before reporting success.
