Executes approved GrowthOS payout requests through the existing provider-neutral payment payout capability. Stripe and PayPal implementations remain in their payment integrations.

The integration can refresh destination/KYC readiness from the provider marketplace account, then validates explicit integration enablement, currency, balance, minimum payout, deterministic idempotency, and manual or automatic authorization evidence. Failed payouts and failed provider webhooks emit a deterministic balance-return ledger entry; webhook receipts reconcile status without replacing LSSM authority.
