The existing public pack automatically registers the canonical workspace actions on custom Commander hosts. It requires no new binding. New portable hosts can separately use @lssm-tech/lib.cli-runtime/optional-command-declarations/examples to inspect complete command help and supply explicit action bindings.

Optional examples browsing and example-backed onboarding commands for the ContractSpec CLI. The package owns the concrete Examples and onboarding Commander commands and their synchronous registration function. The workspace CLI's previous paths forward to these same objects. Metadata discovery uses the canonical literal catalog in CLI runtime; runnable example previews remain optional and separate.

This ownership move preserves command-pack id/version, command order, callbacks and bare-Commander registration. The lower authoring dependency join, builds, declarations and resulting-tree consumer qualification remain pending.
