# Job application API

Isolated authenticated REST/OpenAPI/SSE/WebSocket host for candidate-private job applications. Set `JOB_APPLICATION_API_ENABLED=true` and provide an allowlisted `JOB_APPLICATION_API_COMPOSITION_MODULE` to activate operations.

Inbound Resend receiving is disabled unless `JOB_APPLICATION_RESEND_WEBHOOK_MODULE`
names an allowlisted `@lssm-tech/integration.job-application-webhook-*` module.
The `POST /api/job-application/v1/webhooks/resend` route preserves the raw body,
forwards the exact Svix headers, rejects bodies over 1 MB, and exposes no email
content or verification secrets in its response.

The managed Resend module participates in API readiness and graceful shutdown.
Use `@lssm-tech/integration.job-application-webhook-resend-managed` with its
dedicated least-privilege database role and allowlisted encrypted-object/scanner
dependency module. Missing scanner, storage, database, or Resend configuration
keeps readiness failed closed.
